This notice explains how information is handled when you use the Luke duBois unLTD website, contact me, or send a message through Google.

Website analytics.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening booking, shopping, taking the Hair & Grooming Assessment, requesting directions, or choosing a contact link. Google may use cookies and receive technical information such as device and browser details, approximate location, and pages visited. You can limit cookies in your browser or use Google’s analytics opt-out tools.

Assessment progress.

The Hair & Grooming Assessment runs in your browser. Its progress may be saved in that browser so you can return to it. Copying a result uses your device’s clipboard only when you choose that action.

Google messaging.

You may send messages to Luke duBois unLTD through Google, including AI-assisted or RCS messaging experiences. Google and its partners process those messages under their own policies. I may review and respond to what you send. Automated answers can be imperfect, so please confirm important booking and service details directly with me. Do not send highly sensitive information through messaging.

Booking, payment, and external links.

Booking and payment are handled through linked third-party services such as Square. Product shopping and other external links may lead to SalonInteractive, Instagram, Google Maps, Google Reviews, or other services. Those providers handle the information you choose to share under their own policies.
